"The team were excellent from start to finish.
The boxes were delivered in plenty of time to enable me to steadily pack over a period of time.
They arrived on time and proceeded to pack.
They unpacked and re-assembled furniture at the new property, moving various items to the position I wanted them.
They were brilliant and I would certainly use them again.

We had a very tight driveway to work from plus we had some unusual items to move especially in the garden such as a large teak wooden elephant along with a very large and heavy wood root seat.

Very dusappoint3d with the packing. When we have opened the boxes there was damage and confusion abd drawersvwere put back in thevqrongnpositoons. A beautiful plant had been placed underneath heavy objects breaking its stems. Found it very stressful to unpack.

"I thought the larger items woykd be put back together in the rightvpkace. E.g. drawers put back in the right place. All the plugs were removed from sockets so we had no idea of where they went and the tv stick is missing."

I am shocked and saddened to receive your review. I have called & emailed numerous times but had no reply to the voicemails i have left. I would have happily sent the team back over to you to try to rectify any issues you had with the delivery. The team assisted you with the packing as you hadn't managed to pack by the removal day, but i have to dispute your comment regarding the house plant, we would never pack any item(s) on top of anything delicate. The team even dismantled and removed the stairlift for you as you had been let down by the company booked to remove it ! All of the items that were dismantled, were re-assembled as requested, the drawers were not removed from the chests. The team would have only removed the plugs if they needed to. We adhere to the British Associations code of conduct, which is clearly shown on our quotation.
I just wished you had called our office in the first instance rather than leave a poor review to try to tarnish our good reputation !

"The crew were so helpful in everything we wanted done.
From start to finish nothing was to much trouble for them.

Large house move from London to Wilshire. It took over two days once to load up want to offload quite a difficult offload site managed well.

"Using South Park removals removes the stress of the moving side. The delivery of boxes was always next day. Andrew the point of contact was always available and very helpful. All the boxes and wrap they supplied with good quality. When the men arrived on the day they were very good in everything they did and very careful. They are obviously very knowledgeable and experienced removers. Nothing was too much for them to do. Arriving at the house and started offloading, once again nothing could be too much trouble to them even moving a piano three times around the room. I have nothing but praise for the whole outfit. I would 100% recommend to anyone South Park removals. The price quoted was the price charged."

Moving a three bedroom family home to a neighbourhood villa.

"Our booking was relatively short notice but the team could not have been more responsive or helpful with arrangements. They were incredibly speedy proving packing materials and delivered additional items within hours of requesting them.
On the day of the move the whole team were friendly, polite, respectful and very communicative.
It took much longer to gain access to the new property but they were very patient and moved like lightning once we got the keys.
Not the cheapest quote received but definitely offer value for money in their service. Would highly recommend."

Removing items of furniture from my parents'' house, putting some into storage and delivering some to our home in London

"I am absolutely delighted with the service which South Parks Removal provided us. It was a very emotional time moving out of our late parents' house after a lifetime of memories. Our instructions were complicated as the furniture to be moved was scattered in different rooms and mixed up with other things; and some things went into storage and other things were delivered to our home in London. Andrew devoted much time in advance to answering all my questions, and he was able to give me a date for removal on short notice. The work was well staffed and the two teams on the day were incredibly efficient, careful and kind. I could not recommend South Parks more highly. They are all very nice people and do their job brilliantly. We felt very well supported."

Moving home- from Ilford Essex to Waltham Abbey Essex.

"Having not moved for 39 years, we know this will be a big challenge for us given the amounts of goods and Chattels we have accumulated over the years. From the start I wanted to get a professional firm and thankfully we have South Park Removals in the area. I was given a swift quote following a visit from one of the team that same evening. Once agreed they confirmed the dates we wanted and also made a contingency of a further day just in case. The team of removal men knew exactly what they were doing and shifted everything without any breakage or damage to the property I was vacating. They were able to dismantle dining tables, sofa's and desks and refitted them at our new property with the minimum of fuss. This is a firm who are very experienced and very good at what they do and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

Move from 4 bedroom bungalow in Hutton to a 4 bedroom house in same area. We had a lot of stuff! Lots and lots of boxes plus the usual amount of furniture along with many potted plants. South Park packed the glass and chinaware ( would absolutely recommend this service as it can be so time consuming) and they also separately moved our potted plants into our new garden prior to the actual move.

"We have used South Park’s service twice now and would totally recommend this company, their price was competitive, all the guys from the office to individual moving team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, polite, friendly and very helpful, responding to any additional requests without hesitation, nothing was too much trouble.
