"From the initial meeting to the end of the process I was extremely impressed with Hopper's staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and communicated very well. This was an executry sale and I feel that Hoppers handled it all with great sensitivity.

They went out of their way to help us eg by checking the property during a storm (I live in Glasgow so couldn't get to the property myself) and dealing with enquiries during weekends.

I would heartily recommend Hoppers and have nothing but praise for them."

One bedroom apartment in a Retirement Development property located on the seafront within a popular area.

"We were selling out late Mum’s property in our capacity as Executors of Mum’s estate and had contacted Hopper’s Estate Agents as we had been instructed by Mum’s solicitors to obtain a professional valuation to support sale. We had selected to use Hoppers due to our familiarity with them having sold numerous properties within the development. Having made contact, I was very impressed with their timeous response, property had been visited, and written valuation provided within the week.
A comprehensive sales package was provided which included useful information on the surrounding area as well as written agreement on sales procedure to be adopted. Numerous viewings were arranged from an existing buyer customer database held by Hoppers, and in conjunction, marketing photographs taken and were placed online following our approval.
As we were happy to carry out the viewings, Hoppers provided clear schedules as to who would be viewing, and at what time. Feedback was provided following each viewing.
A suitable offer was received by Hoppers and communicated to us very quickly after placing the apartment on the market."
