Bruce carried out x2 cctv surveys (pre and post construction survey) which were required by Scottish Water in order to get approval for a new extension which was built over a main sewage drain shared with my neighbours. He also connected a new extension toilet waste pipe to a shared Scottish Water combi drain. Additionally, he flushed out the combi drain below my new extension before commencing the above works.

"Bruce was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the works at my address. He ensured all the work carried out was met with Scottish Water approval. He happily answered any questions I had. He is a genuinely good guy who carried out the work at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call Bruce if I or any family/friends require assistance with drains."

The work was straight forward of a blocked pipe. The complication was that the blocked pipe was covered by soil, requiring to dig soil away to subsequently fix the problem.

"I am very thank ful to Bruce. He is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Very considerate too as he came to solve my problem as he understood I could not cook dinner because could not use kitchen sink. "

Clear blocked drain

"Bruce came to jet the main drain. Jetting proved unsuccessful further attempts were also unsuccessful.Bruce decided a section of the house sewer line was completely blocked with possibly tree roots and suggested digging down to said blocked pipe for a 4 figure sum of money which I unfortunately could not agree to. Bruce charged me �50 for the call out and left. My drain is still blocked. Bruce was polite with a friendly manner ."

I (Bruce) work alone for my own business, Drainbusters Scotland. My 9.9 rating out of 10 for 199 reviews demonstrates my commitment to providing EVERY customer with exceptional service. Although I value your feedback, I believe your review is misleading.

I charged �50 for 1 hour of jetting and an 80-minute round trip from Dundee.

I urgently attended in an effort to help you resolve the blockage in your drain. Unfortunately, you have excessive root ingress in your drain, and high-pressure water jetting was unable to clear the blockage.

I gave you free, friendly advice, outlining how to fix your problem and estimated roughly how much I believed the cost of fixing your problem might be.

I then advised you to contact your insurance company, as you may be covered for the work.

Your rating for my value and service is, in my opinion, unfair and inaccurate for the services provided.

"Bruce was a pleasure to deal with - he was friendly,easy to reach to arrange an appointment and then kept a good line of communication as to his expected arrival time etc.

In terms of his actual work, it was excellent - he was able to efficiently rectify a blocked external drain and cleaned up the working area once completed.
