Our movers arrived early morning and packed the van non stop until midday. Both Russel and Callum were amazing throughout, allowing our 2 year old to 'help'. They then remained with us until about 6 unpacking at the new house.

We are in over 80's and a 4 day move was recommended - long distance removal.
Day 1 - prep and part pack
Day 2 - pack and part load
Day 3 - complete load and travel
Day 4 - Deliver all
This meant that we had an easy journey on Day 3 and a good nights sleep close to the new house, and were able to start the unpacking on Day 4 fresh and rested

Planned as Mon-Tue: Pack/load van.
Wed: Store at depot.
Thu: Await key and start unloading.
Fri: Complete unloading, all went to plan except van logged-down at delivery end due to very heavy rain movers found a way around this.
 

"Brian, in particular, was very helpful and reassuring but both did a good job and work hard.

We use the company for the second time. We were satisfied with the service cost had rise quite a lot in a 2 yr frame. We move from Munich to London.
 

"Amye is extremely helpful and reliable on her support along the whole process.
Josh was also very responsible.
The team hired to help in Munich was ok, so room for improvement and do better advice regarding international regulations. Delivery in London was ok, a lot of boxes were left in incorrect room as labelling/marking of boxes in Munich was not detailed enough."

Took care with our possessions but worked quickly.

"We were delighted with the move. Will and Tom made it so easy. They were polite and friendly. Nothing was a problem. They really made sure everything was where it should be and did regular sweep both ends to ensure they had everything and everything was in the right place. Communication with the office was great.

Moving from city home to country cottage. Big long wasn't able to gain access over stream bridge so all had to be off loaded to small van done with good temper and no complaints. No breakages with packing.
