About Us

I offer a home boarding service for dogs. Your four legged friend will stay in my home with me, my dog Mist and my young son Conor and be treated like one of our family. So no cold kennels, but lots of exercise and affection!

I also offer a dog walking service with half hour or hour walks offered, so whether your dog would like a gentle stroll in the park or an hour long hike in the woods I can adapt the walks to suit your dog.

We were looking for a reliable person to look after our dog when we were on holiday. I followed Becky's FB page for a few months and she was enthusiastic about the dogs she looked after.

I was looking for a home from home dog boarding service. I had me Becky in Mabie Forest coincidentally and liked the way she interacted with the dogs she was caring for.

"Woody, stayed for 11 days with Becky, her family and dog Mist, another dog was also boarding. Becky also takes dogs for day care. Everyday all the dogs head off for off the lead walks, which Woody loves. Becky posts daily on Facebook and replies to messages promptly. Becky runs a professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending. Woody is already booked in for his next holiday with her."

I wanted my dogs to live as part of a family in the owner house under the same conditions they live at home. I did not want them confined to kennels. I also wanted them to have a long walk every day off the lead. A facility local to my home.
 

"Excellent. The cost was for 2 dogs for 25 days. They lived as one of the family were allowed to sleep on the sofa. Had 2 very good walks every day. I was able to see how they were doing by daily updates with photos on facebook. I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying about their knowing they were being exceptionally well looked after. We were looking for a home from home environment for our German Shorthaired Pointer Penny and somewhere where she would get the chance to go out for daily walks as she has a lot of energy to burn!

"Penny has been to stay at Becky’s a couple of times before but previously as an overnight guest and a day guest. She has just come back from a 10 day stay while we were away on holiday. Penny loves staying with Becky. She gets the company of Becky’s dog Mist, lots of play and cuddles and plenty of wonderful walks in Dalbeattie Forest and other places.
