"Dear Sir/Madam A very unusual but pleasant story, My son presented me with an american type rocking chair some 10yrs ago. One of the armrests had rotted. I thought my son had purchased the chair from Rembrandt Timbers.
I went along to Rembrandt Timbers to enquire if they had any spares. The manager remembered who had made the chairs, and gave me his tel number. I spoke to Neil Rogers and he said he could and would make the replacements. No cost free.
Neil asked if I could drop off the remaining arm rests as a template and photos of the chair. On seeing the photographs and the style of the armrests. Neil confirmed he had not made the chair.
Neil confirmed he was still happy to make the replacement. He delivered them to me 10 days later. For someone I had never met, he is a trusted trader."
