"Mike is one of those rare builders, who, when they start a job, stay on it until it is completed. Your job is his top priority regardless of how much others in the queue might hassle him to get started on their jobs! He project manages every aspect of the work undertaken if required, finding tradesmen who are as equally reliable and hardworking as he is himself. the quality of Mike's work is second to none, and our kitchen and dining room, now one space, look as good now five years on as they did when first completed. as do the floors throughout the rest of the house. "I contacted Mike Griffin initially about a Velux window I was concerned about; he came out to look, advised me and charged me nothing for his time! Very impressive. He went on to replace a lintel which had rotted away. The quality of work was excellent as was his quote. He left the site clean and removed all waste. He has also replaced a downpipe and made adjustments to ensure water was not falling onto my porch or walls of my cottage. Super job."

resolving leaks in cellar from yard above

"We had leaks into our cellar. Mike assessed the work very professionally and helped me to choose between options. He dug out a faulty drain and reset it with concrete.
