Renovation of main family bathroom, En suite bathroom and guest toilet.

"The team arrived each day at the time stated. They wore uniforms and the van they drive was immaculate.
They worked very well and in spite of the upheaval of having all bathrooms in the house renovated they also worked with the minimum of disruption.
They took great care to protect carpets and furnishings from dust and debris and left each evening having cleared outside the bathrooms again minimising the impact.
The level of finishing was second to none and all questions were answered quickly and happily by Pavel.
The team working daily in the house were incredibly polite and courteous.
All items removed from the old bathrooms were removed completely.
They left having completed the work in three weeks and apart from leaving behind three beautiful bathrooms you wouldn’t know they had been there.
Very impressed from start to finish.

"Having been left high & dry by our original builder, Pavel and his team came in and saved the day. They corrected and completed work that had been previously started, replastered whole of kitchen/diner and fitted new kitchen including appliances and other electrical work.
All the guys involved were very professional, arrived daily and were all very pleasant. The standard of workmanship was is excellent, and you have no hesitation in recommending PJTC to friends and family.

Complete design and remodel of bathroom

"Pavel and his team at PJTC Ltd have just finished a complete design and remodel of my bathroom.

The work was extensive and they’ve managed to make a typical long and narrow tenement bathroom feel very roomy and luxurious. I never thought I’d be able to have a full size bath, separate shower, never mind a double vanity in to the space available.

The communication was excellent throughout and the team were always friendly and turned up when they said they would.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the work and the overall finish and have just booked PJTC to come back and complete work on my bedroom followed by my living room then will be using them to remodel my kitchen.

I can’t recommend highly enough."

"I am a wheelchair user living in Glasgow, and was in desperate need of an accessible wetroom installation to make washing and personal care easier for me. Pavel listened to my requirements, sent over a 3D drawing and detailed quote of the work and his team were absolutely flawless during the work. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and did an absolutely beautiful job. The wetroom has honestly changed my life and I cannot thank them enough. "Right from the first contact I found Pavel from PJTC very easy to deal with and he responded quickly and professionally to my request for a quotation. I received the written quotation within 24 hours and after agreeing the price and start date, Pavel's team turned up on the date and time agreed. The guys were very polite and professional and went about their business with no fuss. The job was completed to an extremely high standard with absolutely no mess or problems. As a result of a burst pipe, my bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling had to be stripped back to the beams and completely replaced. The work required included laying new flooring in the bathroom, laying new tiles, and replacing the bath panel. In the kitchen new plaster board was fitted, the ceiling was then re-plastered and repainted.

"Pavel and his team did a fantastic job of repairing and replacing my bathroom floor and the ceiling of my living room following a leaking pipe which cause damage to both floors. Pavel gave me a very comprehensive quote detailing all costs, scheduled the work quickly, and carried out the work to a high standard using quality materials. Despite the extensive work (stripping back the floor and ceiling to the beams), Pavel’s team kept the house as clean and tidy as possible during the work, and left the house in a good condition. We’re delighted with the work, and would highly recommend this company."

"After struggling to find a tiler for our kitchen we reached out to PJTC to see if they could assist. We were really impressed at the quick response and that Pavel would be able to meet with us within a few days to quote for the job. Work was started a couple of weeks later which was ideal.

The tiling and paint work is really fantastic, to say we are delighted is an understatement! Pavel and his team clearly understood what we were looking for and the finish is exactly as we had hoped.

"I enlisted Pavel and his team to install a new bathroom, renovate our main bedroom, move a load bearing wall and relocate 3 doorways.

I was quite nervous about finding a company that could be trusted to do a good job. I had never undertaken any building work before (neither had any of our friends or families) so I didn't have any recommendations to go on.

In the end, I contacted several companies and eventually found PJTC. I'm delighted to say that Pavel and his team did a wonderful job. They were committed to the job, gave it their undivided attention and were thorough in every aspect. The team were on site every day and were always easy to get hold of. The end result is fantastic!

I wouldn't hesitate to use PJTC again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

"Pavel & his colleagues are extremely efficient & professional in their approach.

From the first time I contacted him, he was fast in responding to my queries and was able to provide a quote & availability to do the works at a date that suited me (at short notice). This was an area other tradesmen have let me down before, either being very difficult to pin down or to commit to dates - not an issue with PJTC.

We were working to a very tight deadline as our bathrooms were being renovated whilst my tenants were on a one week holiday; Pavel's team worked late into the evening and over the weekend to accommodate my deadline. All works were completed to a very high standard, on time & on budget.

Once finished, Pavel inspected the works with me to ensure I was 100% happy.

I will be having my kitchen renovated in the not to distance future and will most definitely be using PJTC to do the works and have recommended to family & friends.

Kitchen Renovation

"P.J.T.C. was recommended to me by a neighbour who had a kitchen renovation by this company which therefore meant I was able to see an example of their work. My project was a complete kitchen renovation which included a small ground level extension requiring supporting beams installed. Pavel, the owner of P.J.T.C. kept me informed every step of the way and gave advice on improvements with design, fittings and building requirements. He organised the architect, gas engineer and electrician, and the quartz worktops. All I had to do was choose units, design and purchase the kitchen. The kitchen included a new wall to enlarge utility room, a new wall to dining room with pocket doors installed, 2 rooms into 1 with steel supporting beam installed, new window and frame installed, steel beams and patio doors to extension and floor tiling (including under floor heating). All groundworks outside were also completed by Pavel and his workers. The work was completed on time, to a very high standard and within the budget estimated. I would recommend P.J.T.C. as an honest reliable company that I will definitely use again."

The project involved removing an existing fitted kitchen in a top floor tenement flat and replacing with new. The working area was limited, however the PJTC worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done in a professional manner. Communication was good throughout the installation period, with updates received daily by text. The team worked hard and gave good attention to detail. Services include joinery work, plumbing, gas installation and electrical works. All completed to a high standard and to the client''s full expectations.

"PJTC installed a new kitchen for me and I was very pleased with the quality of the installation and also the speed with which it was completed. Pavel and his team were very efficient and also very tidy at the end of each shift. After it was finished I had a couple of very minor comments and Pavel got his guys to come out the very next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. PJTC were employed to remove the existing kitchen and bathroom and replace each with new. PJTC visited the property prior to the works and advised the best way to use the available space and provided a list of suitable bathroom and kitchen furniture for us to choose from. This was a service that was not charged and provided us with reassurances that PJTC were experienced and competent. The works were anticipated to take between 1 and a half to 2 weeks. During the works we requested further works to be undertaken which PJTC obliged and provided a cost for up front. Even with the extra works the total build duration was still complete in 2-weeks. The flat was left in a tidy state with all excess rubbish removed.

"The service provided was exceptional. Neither my partner or I have any complaints about the service we were provided. I would (and have) recommended PJTC to others looking for a kitchen and/or bathroom.

Prior to appointing PJTC we shopped around and obtained quotes from multiple other Companies. None of the other companies could give a breakdown of the cost they had given whereas PJTC were able to provide a breakdown for everything. For me, this was important as it shows me that the Company have looked at the job properly and assigned costs accurately before the works.

In summary, PJTC were reliable, competent and very reasonably priced."

"PJTC were extremely professional in all areas of the work they carried out for me.They have an excellent core group of qualified tradesmen carrying out the work to a very high standard.The attention to detail in the installation of the kitchen and the standard of work and finish was excellent leaving me very well satisfied with the new kitchen.Cleaning up after the job was complete and keeping the site as tidy as possible during the fitting process which was no mean task in itself.We were kept informed during the whole process and given various choices as to what could and could not be done and the design of the kitchen diner was tweeked to suit our requirements.Building work required was carried out to a very high standard and to current specifications."
