Full house refurbishment and bathroom and kitchen and other.

""I recently had my house refurbished, and i honestly could't be happier with how everything turned out! The team worked on pretty much every part of the house, from the kitchen and bathroom to the floors, walls, and even some structural work, and the results are great.
Kitchen and Bathroom have been completely transformed.The kitchen feels so much more modern and functional now, with all the new cabinetry and appliances perfectly installed.The bathroom attention to detail, especially with the tilling, really makes both rooms stand out.
The painting was done beautifully throughout the house.
The team took their time to make sure the walls were prepared properly, and it really show in the final product.It's amazing how much of difference fresh paint can make.

The entire process, from the start to finish, was smooth and stress free. The team was always on time, keep me updated, and really listened to what i wanted. If you're thinking of doing any work on your house, whether it's a full refurb or just a few updates ,I can't recommend them enough. Loft conversion

"We had a loft conversion done by rcbgroup and I can say the experience exceed all my expectations. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional profesionalism, expertise and attention to detail.

The project started with a detailed consultations, where they took the time to understand my needs and vision for the space.
They were transparent through the entire process, ensuring that I was kept informed of every decision and development along the way.
The quality of workmanship was outstanding.Every aspect of the conversion, from the strucrural work to finishing touches, was completed to the highest standard .The team was not only skilled but always keeping the work area clean and minimizing disruption as much as possible.They treated my home and project with care, making me feel like more than just another client.

The work is on full house refurbishment, and installation of a shower room in the loft.

"Please do not use this builder in South London or Surrey area. Let me explain why:

1. Some of their claims in the quote were not true nor accurate. For example, they misused the logos of Gas Safe Register, NICEIC and RIBA to mislead you into believing them they're a member of these organisations. But we later found out they're not a member of any of these organisations. They also claimed that CCTV would be installed on all the projects that you could activate at anytime from anywhere in the world. But In reality, there was no CCTV installed, and the workers left by 4:30pm during week days.

2. They would try to lowball the initial quote to win your business. But any additional work or unexpected problems (which're typical of any house in the area), the charges were exorbitantly expensive. For example, they charged us £250 to remove 11 units from the kitchen (~ 11 sq. m) and store in the garage. They also charged £1400 to take out ~ 10 windows and their window sills. Both were seemingly done within 2 hours by 2 laborers. When we complained about the high price and our intention to bring in another builders for certain work, they threatened to withdraw the full 1-year warranty.

3. The sub-contractors were not adequately supervised, nor was there any quality control on their work. For example, RCB agreed with us to fit fibreglass mesh on all the old walls, and proceeded to charge us the entire area of the old walls + another fictitious 20 sq. m. We later found out that the mesh was fitted in less than 60% of the wall area. Some of the old walls without mesh already started cracking. The plastering was also done at a sub-par standard, with the plasters so thin that exposed the mesh underneath, which was everywhere across the ground floor. Also, the plaster finished too high up from the floor, so any gap may not be fully covered by skirting board. And the plasters were missing next to a few doors. These issues left the painting work significantly more time consuming and thus expensive. We also challenged the on-site supervisor on all these issues, he refused to take responsibility and claimed that his job was only to "ensure work is done accordingly to the building regulation".

4. The windows were not covered before the plastering work began. So all the glass panes and frames were stained. We also found out at least 7 panes were severely scratched, probably because the workers tried to remove the stains in a wrong way.

5. Company management was dishonest. There were no workers working at our property for more than 1 week, which they claimed were because they couldn't secure enough moisture plaster boards, including a delivery which they claimed was cancelled at the last minute. When we pressed them to give us the order number and supplier so we could verify independently, they failed to do so. We suspect the whole drama was fabricated because of staff holidays, sick leaves, etc.

6. The waste pipe that they installed for the shower room in the loft was visible outside the window of the bedroom, which is ludicrous.

7. Evidence of workers drinking alcoholic beverages inside our premises and leaving empty bottles in a building site.

8. Sub-contractors were not adequately supervised and displayed aggressive behaviour. The external rendering person once threatened us, demanded the rest of the payment and said "don't play with me".

9. They failed to interpret the plan on the loft structural work from the architects that they recommended, leaving us to liaise with the architects directly. At one point, they tried to remove and replace a perfectly fine ridge beam, or ridiculously install horizontal beam reinforcements above the existing ones beneath the floor (which would create a step the loft). They would have done so had we not intervened and asked for clarification from the architects."

We had our Kitchen and Bathroom completely renovated by Vasi and his team. This included insulating some outside walls, moving a boiler from the kitchen to the bathroom and demolishing and then installing the kitchen and bathroom plus tiling throughout.

"Vasi was great in terms of coming round and doing a quote, he followed up very quickly and answered all of our questions (we had a lot).
The team working on the property were very professional and efficient, especially Oli and Florin.
Since the work has been done we have followed up with them to check certain items e.g. gas type for the boiler guarantee and they have been great at coming back to us.
We are very happy with the results and pleased we went with them, we will definitely consider them again."
