We asked Chris to estimate for repairs to a section of our driveway wall that had been knocked down be a delivery driver. The work involved: 1. Clear away existing damaged brick work 2. Build new section of brick wall with piers at both ends 3. New wall ties to be installed at wall abutment junction 4. Wall to be capped with tile creasing with solid engineering bricks 5. Leave site tidy

Chris has built us an extension, fitted a cloakroom and remodelled our kitchen. He has also fitted a fence, fixed a broken lintel and put up a new roof tile.

Chris has done a very good job of skimming the walls in the kitchen leaving them perfectly smooth for painting.

To remove section of garden wall and install gate, and increase height of remaining wall. Also to remove existing conservatory floor screed and insulation due poor standard and relay hardcore, concrete, insulation and screed.

Installing a lintel above a door and a large window in a single-storey 1970’s-built extension to the house, so that the wooden door and window could be replaced with uPVC double glazing by another contractor. Also re-roofing this extension, insulating its roof space and replacing the fascias and guttering.

Removal of load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room. Installation of RSJ and making good.

Demolishing an old wall and taking away the rubble and supplying new bricks and erecting a new wall approximately 70 inches high by 8 and a half inches thick with pillars.

I engaged Chris for a relatively small project which was a repair to a badly damaged brick wall which included some remodeling and was not a straightforward rebuild.
