Side extension with vaulted ceiling, large patio to back and side of house, 2 lintels to gable end and repointing

"We will be forever grateful for the transformation to our house and garden that James and his team, Will, Jordan and Jack managed to achieve in a very short period of time. They always arrived on time, were very polite and their hard work, cheerfulness, tidiness, attention to detail and craftsmanship greatly exceeded our expectations. Their support throughout the build and accommodating attitude towards a belated full house rewire due to our procrastination is greatly appreciated. Because they took the time to painstakingly reclaim the bricks from our demolished garage we now have an extension that blends seamlessly into the old house. We were genuinely sad to see them leave and wholeheartedly recommend them to future clients.

We have a water leak from the boiler and it is within a caverty wall, we were told by a plumber that we needed a “Trace and Exposure”, doing. In other words a whole putting in the wall so the plumber can get access to the pipe to fix the leak.

"I would recommend this company to everyone. I contacted them for my Mum in law as we needed a “Trace and Exposure” doing, James met me the next day to have a look at what we needed doing. He immediately said he would do it there and then and pointed out were the problem was and what needed to be done to resolve our leaking pipe.
We were that impressed we have asked if he would come back to rectify the mess that this leak has left behind.
So if you need any building work done then contact this done."

Internal renovation,removal of walls,building en suite room,making good,fitting Velux windows.

"James and his team were always a pleasure to have around.We stayed in the house whilst pretty disruptive work was done and at the end of every day the site was left clean and tidy.

"James was professional, punctual and hard working. He worked on site throughout with his team and didn't miss a day. He was flexible and accomodating as our requirements changed and developed, and gave good advice at all times. James and his team were always friendly and good-humoured and a pleasure to have around. They cleared up everyday and were courteous and considerate to us and our neighbours. He kept to time and budget and did a first rate, quality job. We will have him back in a heartbeat."

Two Storey extension and garden room build

"Excellent work of high quality and a fair price. Arrives on time and his team work hard through the day. Completed foundation work drainage block work and roof. Works well with engineering designers and building inspectors. If you live nearby and discuss with James you can happily come and see work he has completed for yourself. Highly recommended."
