Main contractor and project manager for a complete renovation of our house, going back to 4 walls and a roof and ending with a beautifully finished contemporary interior. Downstairs gardens and kitchen floor were excavated by 500mm to remove level changes, underfloor heating was fitted and the courtyard garden completely remodelled with tiles matching the open plan floor downstairs. The work included an extension, replacement of a roof terrace roof and fitting tiles and glass balustrade, roof insulation, moving the main staircase and replacing it in contemporary steel and glass, fitting four bathrooms, remodelling the room layout upstairs (a bigger master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe) and open plan layout downstairs. The house was completely re-wired, re-plumbed, re-plastered and tiled (ground floor and bathrooms). There were separate contracts for the kitchen and all window replacements and Belgrave were totally cooperative in aligning with these.
