BHM constructed a new extension in the side-return adjoining the rear extension of our ground-floor flat in a Camden Victorian terrace, also replacing the rear extension''s old flat roof and its original side wall.

"We lived in the remaining rooms during the work. The whole team were dedicated (working even bank holidays) as well as being delightfully nice and polite, making all required adjustments without demur. The overall manager, Bashaar, was great: courteous, kind, flexible, helping with every question we raised. All on time and on budget. We actually missed them when they'd finished!"

"BHM developments did our extension and remodelled our internal space including moving stairs, removing chimney breasts, kitchen and bathroom installations. We are happy with the works completed and our over all experience.

Team arrives site on-time and work very hard with little breaks ,a truly dedicated team. They have been good with the communication and keeping us informed about the upcoming work and the schedule.

We don't hesitate recommending them to other clients and will be reusing them for future projects."

We had previously used BHM to build a rear extension for our kitchen in 2017. We were so pleased with their work we have since engaged them to re-landscape our front garden and create a new bathroom.

Rear ground floor extension including new kitchen and build of downstairs utility room and bathroom. Upstairs refit of main Bathroom

"At the outset of our project we had meetings with and obtained quotes from a number of builders, we opted to go with BHM Developments as, despite being at the higher end of our quote range (albeit not the most expensive) we felt that Bashaar had been open and honest about the timescales and costs involved and what his firm (and builders generally) would be able to deliver. He had also questioned or challenged certain aspects of our proposal and gave alternative suggestions and we considered this a value add. In addition BHM has full accreditation which not all other builders did.


The on-site builders were courteous, respectful, as tidy as possible and worked hard and at impressive speed. They set a timeframe for the job that was shorter than we anticipated and, had lockdown not delayed 3rd party deliveries/production timescales they would have easily beat our expectations for timescale.

The finished product is excellent, we are very happy with our new home.

Possibly the best thing I should bring out is how well BHM developments deal with management and communication. Whilst I have heard horror stories of building projects where contact is limited and jobs go wrong due to questions not being asked, builders depart early or are juggling multiple jobs etc. this was certainly NOT the case here.

Bash & Hani were clear at the outset and on an ongoing basis of what works were being undertaken and when, BHM's staff were onsite early every day and putting an impressive shift in and, probably most importantly for my wife and I, Bash & Hani remained available and in contact throughout - even late into the night. Whenever we had questions about the build, supplies or anything of a technical nature they fielded them, including on multiple occasions ordering 2nd fix items for us and sharing their trade discounts.

They remained in contact after the build completed too.

Gents, if you read this, I hope you continue to grow the company and wish you and BHM every future success!
