External wall insulation fitted.

"The Rokzen teams were fantastic. We had some delays on starting due to the weather and Enzo remained very professional and informative dur in Ng this time- I must have contacted him every day for a couple of weeks!
When the team started the work moved quickly, with each team responsible for a difficult part of the job e.g scaffolding, prep, fitting the insulation, rendering it. Whilst I can't remember specific teams, the rendering team were particularly friendly, good humoured and pleasant to have on site.
Each team were quick and efficient, with only one team leaving behind rubbish. As soon as we raised this with Enzo he then sent someone to clear up.
We are thrilled with the high quality, beautiful finish on our house and would absolutely recommend Enzo and the Rokzen team."

Rokzen Ltd installed external wall insulation on two solid walls.

"The work started with a site visit by 2 surveys who explained what work was involved, time-frames, and asked if I had any concerns or questions. They were thorough and very helpful. Following on from the survey I was contacted buy Enzo to discuss potential installation dates and as expected it was weather dependant as we live in a very exposed house and it's windy up here. The date was fixed (weather dependant) and materials delivered in preparation. I'm no expert on EWI but do work in the energy sector and my first (nice) surprise was the quality of the products being used, they were certainly top end materials and nice to see this at the start. There were two teams one scaffolding and one installation. But before the work started a couple of blokes came up to lay down protective covers etc. The scaffolding was put up, and fortunately it was up before the start to allow any work on the facia boards etc. to be carried out. very friendly blokes who got it up with no problem. Then the installation team arrived, 'six' I think, and they grafted. From the minute they arrived they all got stuck in and the few problems that came up the supervisor took me through it, proposed a solution and carried on when I agreed. I did ask for a few extra bits to be done and they did this without any problem. Enzo did come up a few times and made sure everything was going smoothly and that there were no problems. After the installation was complete all rubbish was taken away and the site cleaned and then checked again after the scaffolding was taken down. Before the installation the two sides of the house made it look a bit derelict and unoccupied. We went for white render / dash and what a difference it has made. the house is around 300 years old and we always had problems with leaks around the windows and soaking through the stone. That has now stopped and one storage room that was continuously damp has now dried out. I had air source heating installed a couple of years ago and (sad as it is) keep a spreadsheet to monitor heating costs. It has gone down since the EWI was installed. I was concerned before the work about how it would stand up to the weather and the wind. We've just gone through some pretty severe storms and it's all good.

We have nothing to complain about any of the teams from initial surveys, scaffolding, installation and clear up and after care. I would recommend EWI and Rokzen (in fact already have to neighbours) to anybody."

Removal of old render. External wall insulation applied and finished with coated render. Waste down-pipe also cut down and replaced

"We managed to get a grant through the government green scheme and decided to get external insulation done on the top half of our house.
Enzo was always great on communication and his guys were very punctual and tidy.
The work looks great and 18 months later have had no issues with it.
Enzo gave advice on how to clean it if ever needed and to contact him should we end up with any issues.
They also left the scaffolding up slightly longer so I could make use of it and clean my guttering!
On another positive note a friend of mine was struggling to get his work complete before his grant expired with people promising to turn up but never did. I gave him Rokzens details and Enzo went round within days and then managed to do the work for him."

"Rokzen Ltd are such an outstanding company to deal with.
From start to finish the whole team were polite, clean & tidy, approachable and explained everything thoroughly.
The works ran so smoothly, like clock work from the scaffolding team, electricians, plumbers to the renderers.
I needed to contact the company on a couple of occasions to clarify dates and Enzo was extremely helpful, reassured me I could contact him at any point if further information was needed/ if there were any problems.

I have already recommended Rokzen Ltd to a number of people and would continue to do so because the completed works are to a very high standard and the service received was outstanding.

External wall insulation and rendering of three Wimpey no-fines concrete properties.

"I asked Rokzen Limited to provide external wall insulation and rendering to three of our rental properties.

I wanted to use the funding available where applicable towards the cost through the government's green initiative.

Enzo, director of Rokzen, provided swift quotations and pointed me towards how to complete and satisfy the government requirements for the partial funding contribution towards these projects.

The scaffolders were polite and efficient as were Enzo's team of people who completed the installation and rendering work with a minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency.

Rokzen's electrician and gas engineer sorted the outside lighting adjustments and gas vent extensions quickly, professionally and without delay.

I would not hesitate to contract Enzo and Rokzen Ltd to do further work on future projects and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for external wall insulation."

The work carried out was external insulation to a "wimpy no-fines" concrete 3 bed semi detached property . I had assistance from the government green homes grant scheme Insulation fitted to the outside of the property and then a new pebble dash render applied.

"This is a 5 star review. I could not be happier with how this project turned out. Right from my initial email enquiry through to the completion of the project i felt reassured that this company was experienced in this type of work. The team that arrived every day were incredibly hard working and i would come home from work to see big changes each day.
At the completion of the project an assessor from the green homes grant scheme came out to assess the work. He was happy with the work done and so could issue the guarantee . This gave me additional piece of mind that everything had been completed to the highest standard.

The result is I now have a home which is able to achieve and maintain a comfortable temperature.

Prior to this work it was a very cold house that was expensive to heat even one room.

I would fully recommend this company.

It's also worth noting that I was let down by many other trust Mark companies before this and after explaining my situation to Enzo managed to fit me in, in the time frame that was needed despite already being very busy.
