Cavity wall insulation & loft insulation

"I was fairly unaware of what The Warmer Group did until I received an informative letter advising of grants available to cover the insulation works which would help my home be more energy efficient whilst saving me money in the process but most importantly that I was eligible for this grant.

Gave them a call as it was approaching winter and within a week a lovely chap came to my house and was very friendly in explaining everything to me. He then he conducted a quick survey to ensure I'd be eligible. He went through the whole process with me and explained that they would process all of the application paperwork required on my behalf and all I needed to do was show my document proving I was eligible.

Not long after the surveyor's visit, I received a call from another positive & friendly member of their office staff who advised it had all been approved and she was calling to book a time that best suited me which they did.

The men then showed up and were nothing short of polite, courteous, quick & efficient. I truly haven't got a bad word to say and the whole process was effortless (from my point of view at least!). I was more than happy to oblige and leave this review
