"From my first telephone call to the company Leah was very helpful explaining what information was required from me and what their process for the job would be.

Everything ran as she explained. Their representative came and checked inside the walls with a camera. A quotation quickly followed which I accepted (the cost was about what I had expected as I had done a little research). We agreed a date and approximate time for the work to be done and it was.

Remove polystyrene ball cavity wall insulation from a property that was being demolished.

"Made initial contact and was quoted a price. After accepting the price I booked a date for work to start. I had to change the date but this was handled without fuss and without extra charge.
The guys turned up on the day arranged. They were polite and friendly.
Clearly knew their job well and carried out the service speedily and professionally, explaining what they were doing and why. Removed all my old cavity insulation and took it away from site.
Left the whole area clean and hoovered up any stray area�s that has been affected during the process. Really happy with the standard of job and the speed of work.
Would 100% recommend Extract Insulation as reliable, professional and a thoroughly decent company to use for any insulation related jobs.

"I got 3 quotes for work carried out and this was the cheapest
I could not fault them The guys arrived on time , got on with the job and completed it efficiently
Half way through they took me to check on what they were doing and again at the end and to check I was happy They were extremely tidy ( the polystyrene balls on there own make a terrible mess )
It was a VERY hot day ,I had a dog and a puppy running around and the guys coped remarkably well
I highly recommend"

I had the old cavity wall insulation removed as it was evident it was ineffective as I was loosing heat through the wall and also getting areas of mould. I had new cavity wall insulation inserted (the little balls).

"Wow, what a difference the wall is now comfortable to touch (room temperature) whereas before it was freezing. Really happy with the work carried out by the two guys, very professional and they cleaned-up after. Would I recommend to friends and family - absolutely, without hesitation, great job, thank you.

I am awaiting the official guarantee which I was made aware would take a couple of weeks, along with some photos, so I have no concerns that these will arrive in due course."
