"Jason visited at very short notice when our previous boiler was condemned, and was able to re-arrange works to order and install a new boiler for us in a matter of days. In addition to this the price was extremely competitive and when there was a delay (not of his making) this was fed back to us so we knew what was happening.

"I have used this firm for the installation of the boiler. As this work was very good and at a reasonable price I was happy to use them again for the periodic service and safety checks.

"Touchwood GB Ltd run a property refurbishment and restoration company alongside new build properties and all forms of extensions to existing properties.
We have used Jason and his business, Heatcare, as our primary plumbing contractor for a number of years now and for good reason.
When he has been busy we have reverted to alternate plumbing installers but as yet have not found another to work to the quality and standards we require.
The work carried out by Heatcare has always been without fault and as such we would now rather not use any other company.
We would recommend Heatcare and Jason without a second thought."

Replaced and relocated boiler to upstairs airing cupboard and replaced gas pipe with larger bore. Fitted TRVs to radiators.

"First time using Jason, but we will definitely be using him again in future. He is very friendly, hardworking and professional. Work was completed efficiently and quicker than expected, with minimal disruption.
All debris was cleared from site and carpets replaced intact.
Price was very reasonable, especially as Jason had to do some extra work that had not been identified in the original visit. We will see him next year when we have the boiler serviced!"

Flushed central heating system.

"Mr Clayton flushed my central heating system. He connected his machine to the pipe under the kitchen units. A few weeks later I discovered the floor was soaked, the water had been seeping under my cushion flooring and also soaked into the bottom of my kitchen units. When I rang Mr Clayton he said he would look at it the next day, but he did not turn up.

He also released the rusty water out of the overflow pipe in the garden and covered my white patio set with the dirty water. Two cardboard boxes were soaked in the spare bedroom and the cat's water dish was kicked over."
