Internal wall insulation

"The internet wires where moved and not replaced correct so internet did not work, had to get someone in to sort this and they will come back and fix properly when required
The television aerial lead was jammed under the skirting board when it should have been coming out its original location and therefore would not reach the TV.
The electrical sockets and wall lights where moved to allow the false walls to be put up and very very poorly refitted, some not wired and also one wall light now does not work meaning that to fix it part of the wall needs removing.
The boarding around the windows is of poor quality as it is not very square or plumb.
The finish fit must have been carried out with their eyes closed as the trims they fitted are all different sizes and angles. Why were these required when the new plaster board should have fitted correctly.
Covering half a wall and leaving half a wall is ridiculous as now curtain poles need to be curved at one end to meet the original walls.
Gas fireplace removed and when plaster board fitted, they cover in the original chimney opening which access is required.

The wiring that they extended to relocate the plug sockets has broken all the electrical safety rules and the walls will require removing to bring up to the required safety rules and regulations for house electrics.
Please read that again as all electric work should have been carried out by an qualified electrician this is a very very serious offence and will need to be reported. There is more to say about this work.
The action required now is compensation to allow trained builders and electricians plus gas plumber to put this mess back to a good standard.
That has covered some of the problems seen so far and we know you didn't carry out the work but are involved with the scheme which brought these cowboys into my mums house, hope you can help sort it all out.
