I couldn’t believe my eyes what I thought was clean wasn’t until they worked there magic on my house. Just have a scroll through my photos and see just how sparkling and clean everything is.

Cottage cleaning.

"We got The Norfolk Cleaning Group to service the new cottage we were going to move into. Although we agreed on only cleaning carpets and disinfection of two bathrooms, when Gerry arrived we had a look at the flat together. She is very professional, trustworthy and honest. She definitely respects what she is doing and is very helpful to the customer. I kindly asked for cleaning of some walls with a lot of stains which we couldn’t reach. During the time they spent in the cottage, Nigel and Matty did an amazing job, including further cleaning of several places they’ve seen dirty. Cottage was literally shining at the end. They worked really quickly and neatly. It’s not easy to find such companies as Norfolk Cleaning Group that are committed to deliver what’s agreed. I definitely recommend The Norfolk Cleaning Group to everyone! And sure, after we move, we will continue to use and recommend their services!"

We asked for a thorough clean of the property that we were moving into. My husband went around with Sean and told him what we required to be cleaned. Carpets, windows and a thorough house clean.

"The help from the company as to meeting and going through the house and seeing what was required was good. On arrival at the property on moving in day, the carpets were cleaned satisfactorily. The cleaning of the property was disappointing. Windows were missed, no skirting had been cleaned at all in the house. Cupboards were missed. The whole clean was very slapdash. Very disappointed."

I am very sorry that you were not happy with the clean.

We pride ourselves on doing a good job. The customers were not present during the clean and I have offered to send the cleaners back to meet the requirements of the customer, however they have declined.

Again, I can only apologise that we did not meet their requirements.

We have used the Norfolk Cleaning Company for several years for general household cleaning and on the whole have been happy with the arrangement. It is a reliable service, flexible and willing to meet our requirements. The cleaners are very professional and courteous and do a good job. We also use the laundry service regularly and it is very good indeed. Today we used their oven cleaning service and I would like to say how pleased we are with the result. Our oven looks sparklingly clean and looks like new. Thank you!

"We have used the Norfolk Cleaning Company for several years, but today was the first time we had them clean our oven. Lauren at the company headquarters gave us a price and a time and date for the work. Two cleaners whom we know, as they usually come here to do the household cleaning, turned up to do the oven job. They were professional, courteous and conscientious and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result."
