"Julian was quick to come back to my initial enquiry and arrange a time to visit. He was on time, very friendly and happy to explain and show me what was going on as the oven job progressed.

It wasn't quite as straightforward as he'd thought it might be but he identified and fixed the problem, checked that was all ok afterwards.

No issues since, after what had been a persistent issue before his visit.

Great value for money too.

"Called service point 16:27 on Sat 10 July 2021. Julian was extremely helpful over the phone. He advised how to identify the Hotpoint model number and assessed what was needed. He is based locally and offered to visit a repair the oven almost immediately. Amazon service! he arrived as promised with the necessary part and carried out the repair quickly and checked all was working.
He's a very pleasant chap, so reassuring, helpful, and willing to share his knowledge.
I will definitely use him again for any repairs and will recommend him to others. Thank you!"
