We try to be as clear as we can be in all of our paperwork by issuing detailed quotations. I can only apologise that we missed your verbal instruction for Gold furniture, but the quotation issued and signed for did state Chrome. Legally we had no requirement to alter this however after a Directors meeting it was agreed and replacements ordered at a cost to ourselves as it is important to us that our customers are happy. We then received your letter and I realised that the draught issue on one of the six windows had not been addressed and I ordered the "missing bungs" myself which arrived the next day and everything was then fitted within 3 days. We appreciated your prompt payment and apologise it took 10 weeks to resolve overall but I hope you enjoy your new windows. With maintenance and care as detailed on the back of your invoice they will give you a problem free lifespan giving you the quality and value for money expected.
