"Service team were very helpful with answering questions prior to the order wit technical advice and for the specific information for the order. The unit was very easy to install. Rollerdor Ltd manufacture really good electric roller doors which are easy to fit, attractive and excellent value for money. I had a small electrical problem which they were able solve, by phone, for me.

"The only thing that wasn't top notch was that there was some minor damage to the curtain, which they offered to replace. I turned down the offer to replace some of the slats because I didn't want to take the curtain out and the damage was minor. Tradedor Roller Garage Door RD77 Superior

"Overall a very good experience from start to finish.

I had researched across the www and did not find a reasonable quote or response in the area that we reside (South of Manchester). So it was strange that we went with a company based in Norwich where we had moved from about 3 years earlier. Given that it was lockdown when we initially made contact had to wait approx 3-4 weeks before an engineer arrived to assess the viability to install a roller door. He provided a professional service and given the quality of what was being offered I went for the superior product instead of the lower basic roller door I had intended to order.

The fitters turned up as per date agreed and did a thoroughly professional job in removing the old up and over metal door and frame which they took away with them. Installation took around 2 hours. On completion the fitter gave me a full brief and demonstration of the installed door and how to use it etc.

So overall I was very impressed with this company, the product and team who spoke to me on the phone and who visited me to scope and then fit the door. Thanks"

"after deciding i realy needed to replace my old knackered garage door i searched ebay and google for prices and options and found yourselves.followed the measuring guidelines and put the order in.a few emails to confirm details and it was delivered exactly on time.delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite.me and my partner fitted the door by ourselves which was suprisingly easy.i have no complaints at all and will recommend/ use yourselves again in the future."

This sounds like the front case is rubbing due to installation. "Despite the survey being done before the COVID lockdown, they kept me relatively informed as best they could throughout the lockdown.

Once lockdown was eased a suitable installation date was agreed.

One part had come loose on the side of the door and the door jammed. This then caused a couple of parts that hold the door to the roller to break. I asked them to come and repair the door. It went downhill quickly from there.

"Garage door had jammed and some parts broken as a result. The engineer visited and removed lots of parts that were originally fitted (presumably so that they would not break again). He also disconnected the safety features and said that this was now obsolete.

When re-assembling the door he struggled on his own and made a real botched job of screwing the cover back on.

The end result is that I now have a door with no safety features fitted, lots of parts that should be there now removed and a cover that doesn't fit at all well. All of this cost me £296.95

I would never buy a door from these people again and certainly will not use them for any further service work.

Simply disgracefull service."

Unfortunately your garage door was out of its 5 year warranty therefore the job was chargable. The engineer was unable to repair the safety edge system which is now obsolete however he should have suggested an alternative and a cost for you to contemplate. On the note of the damage can I ask you to send photos (sales@rollerdor.net) as I was not made aware of any damaged caused by the engineer which we could have sorted on the day of his attendance. "Purchased the door for self installation.All parts were present and in good working order.The only thing that I could complain about were the fitting instructions that were available to download.The sequence certainly was not as it should be and they should really look at these again.They did make the job harder than needed to be which also caused me to damage a couple of parts.Fortunatley the next door I fitted I was able too overcome the shortcomings of the installation advise."
