Full rewire of an old victorian terrace cottage

"Andrew was recommended to me via my fathers work colleagues, both of whom where impressed with his work. Andrew was very professional, friendly and honest. The work he carried out was very skilled, neat and tidy and I had no cleaning up to do after.

My intention was to get a full rewire of my house and start to prepare it to be put on the housing market. I mentioned this to Andrew and he was able to do the work with very minor patching up needed after removing the old wiring. I wasnt expecting this and I am very pleased with the work.

Highly recommended!

Install two extractor fans and install outside light.

"We had used Andrew previously and we were both very pleased with the work done then. When quoting for the work, Andrew asked lots of questions to clarify any matters. Full rewire of a terraced house with new power sockets, lighting, consumer unit, cooker connection and bathroom fan.

"Andrew provided an excellent service from quotation to completion.

He carried out a full rewire of our new home, updating very old wiring to bring it up to current standards with new plug sockets, lighting and kitchen connections.

He was patient and accommodating, and even worked on the house over the holiday period so we were able to move in sooner.

All of his work was to a high standard - he did exactly what he said he would do, and left the house neat and tidy afterwards. He also promptly registered the work with building control.

I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew - he was a pleasure to deal with, and the end result was fantastic.

I had removal of previous lights and six wall lights, three ceiling lights fitted. Andrew visited prior to choosing my lights to give advise on light fittings and suitability for dimmer switches.

"I contacted Andrew whilst considering replacing ceiling and wall lights. He visited my home to advise on fittings and dimmers.
I contacted him again once I had purchased the lights and due to my time constraints he was able to arrange to fit them the following week.
Andrew provided his own dust sheets and overshoes to ensure cleanliness of the rooms. He was incredibly polite and very professional. He was approachable when I asked him to make adjustments to the dining room light.
Andrew ensured I was happy with his work and the lights before leaving. He also provided further advise on light switches, which I previously hadn't considered.
I have used Andrew previously to fit outdoor lights and heated towel rails, I will continue to use his company and highly recommend his excellent services."

We had problems with faulty switches in the kitchen of our new home and contacted Andrew.

"Andrew's approach from the start was friendly and professional. He was reasonably priced, kept in touch when he was delayed, gave an honest appraisal of work and was very knowledgeable. "I did not know any electricians in my area and found Andrew in a local advertisement. I would definitely recommend Andrew and will use him in the future. He is very trustworthy and I feel would not rip you off at all and that is very important to day and what you need. He arrived to do the work when he stated and went that extra bit more to complete the job Very pleased in deed. I was provided with a certificate at the end of the work and this was registered with the buildings regulations body.
