"We had nine solar panels installed to three faces of our roof by NCS Property Maintenance in August 2022. We chose them because they had very successfully installed an air source pump, water tank/immersion heater, radiators etc in our house a couple of months before. The scaffolding was erected without any problems and the installers carried out the work quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the whole process. NCS Property Maintenance are also very responsive and have visited us a few times to help me get the best from our system. I highly recommend them."

"An amazing and prompt job from start to finish. From placing the order on line with Worcester, through to dealings with the company selected to install the boiler and then the installation, everything was spot on, even in extreme temperatures, the boiler was fitted in the fully insulated loft. You�d never known they�d been. Would 100% recommend NCS. Professional from the start with a courtesy follow up call afterwards"

Replacement oil fired boiler installed in a new location

"I looked around for several quotes for an urgent replacement of my central heating boiler after the original sprung a leak. An assessor came to the house and quickly assessed what the options were and clearly explained the pros and cons of each of them. This was followed up by a quotes for each of the options and a call from Jodie to ensure I had received the quotes and that I fully understood them, and also to confirm that the quotes actually covered what I wanted. There was no hard sell or pressure of any kind, thankfully.
An approximate forecast of when they could start work was also given.
After some deliberation I selected NCS to do the work.
On the agreed date Joe and Joey showed up and started work. For what they needed to do I thought they were extremely quiet and efficient. Any questions I had as they were going along were answered professionally and in a friendly manner without trying to baffle me.
The lead installer, J. Rattigan, really seemed to know his stuff and was cheerful and friendly throughout.
The installation was completed on time, despite me changing my mind on the method of control.
The whole team involved were a total credit to NCS and as a result I will have no hesitation in using your services again and would recommend you to anyone who needed this sort of work.
Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation easy to deal with."
