Scott from RB Grant installed a 10amp EV charge point in my garage, installed 4kw of Solar panels (the maximum allowed for feed in tariff), battery storage in my loft, Inverters and switch boxes and also chnaged my fusebox in the garage.

"Scott and the boys set up my EV charger in the garage, my solar panels, my inverter and battery storage in the loft in two days flat. Everything worked a treat. The price was very reasonable, the guys were really nice and Scott was really well informed and could answer all my questions on renewables. I could not recommend them highly enough. 5 stars!"

"This was a small additional PV system as I have had a 3kW system for some years. It was a straight forward installation, although access is difficult, but the team coped well with that. The estimate was quick and reasonable over the phone and the installation went ahead on the agreed day and was done quickly and in a very professional manner. All R.B.Grant staff that I dealt with were pleasant and efficient with a quick communication turn around. I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm."

"I chose R B Grant to do our work based on the fact they are a local company and registered MCS installer on the energy saving trust website.

I also looked at the reviews left by previous customers who had the same installation that we were looking to have installed.

Our review is also very much positive. The electrician who did the inside fitting for the inverter and running the cabling from the loft to the consumer did a excdellent job. The guys who did the fitting of the Solar Panels also did a great job and its very tidy, evenly positioned on the roof. I had read some horror stories. We made the right choice to use a local, quality company. No regrets and pleased to support a local business."

"Very happy with the service. We'd been considering solar panels for two years, and had been visited by salesmen from other companies - who were just scammy. We called RB Grant because they are established electricians, rather than milking the current renewables thing. The salesman was concise, polite, and didn't try and sell anything we didn't need- which proved my theory that we were better with an electricians firm rather than a fly-by-night solar installer. Installation was very quick, and we're very happy with the service."

"R B Grant Electrical Contractors did everything that they said they would do.Service from Survey to install was first class.I was informed and kept up to date on all activities.The team from head toe to was excellent.The paperwork was ready virtually as soon as the install was done thanks to the admin staff being very efficient.Install team very professional,tidy and courteous.I would highly recommend this company and i was 110% satisfied.

"RB Grant had been referred to us by another family member and we were not disappointed with the service they provided. The Solar Panel System was installed in quite a short period of time from initial enquiry through to completion to benefit from the current Feed in Tariff available which was much appreciated. The cost for a very good quality system was by far the cheapest compared to the other quotes we received and minor modifications to the specification were resolved at no additional cost. Finally, the quality of workmanship was excellent with no mess involved just a thoroughly professional job completed."

"Electrical installation very neatly done.

Roofing work carried out in conjunction with own roofing contractor who was re-roofing the house.
Finished panel installation neat and tidy though some new roof tiles had to be replaced after panel fitting.

Generally a good job well done for a well spec'd system at a very fair price."
