"Mitchells helped my mum sell her bungalow.
The process was explained to us fully, terms of business agreed and comparative sale prices of similar properties in the area provided and guidance given as to a sensible selling price. There was no ‘hard sell’ and our agent was sensitive to the fact that my mum was selling her home of more than 50 years.
The office was always available, service polite and helpful and calls always returned.
The process was quite lengthy, due to delays on the part of the solicitors for the property my mum has purchased and to an issue on the part of my mum’s buyer. However, Mitchells kept us up to date with all developments along the way and our agent was very proactive in terms of contacting the other agents and solicitors in the chain.

"I would highly recommend Mitchell and Partners as both a buying and selling agent. Wally was professional and very knowledgeable about the area. He was very diligent when we had an offer on our house, and made sure that the chain was secure before advising us to accept the offer. This meant that our first offer went through to completion. He was very diligent with finding out the status of our sale, and regularly kept me up to date on the progress.
Wally is not a ‘typical’ estate agent, there was no hard selling and he was very open and honest. He was easy to work with and his experience was very valuable.

We just bought a 3 bedroomed detached property through Mitchell and partners that is located in Ashvale. It offered a lovely location and was vacant so we had a very short chain.
"We dealt with Wally Walsh who made the whole experience seamless. Very knowledgeable about the property, answered all questions and queries via phone or email in a timely manner and even knew our solictor which was an added bonus.
The entire purchase from offer to completion took just under 5 weeks which was brilliant. We would not hesitate in using Wally's services and Mitchell and Partners again. "It was a pleasure to deal with Mitchell and Partners. Our estate agent Wally Walsh was lovely and very much approachable. I loved the fact that he always attended the phone call even when he was busy and told me he is on another phone call and will talk to me in 2min rather than ignoring my phone calls and the fact that he maintained that relationship from start to end of the deal. Wally was excellent in keeping me updated about what was happening at every single step of this purchase. He was very helpful in chasing solicitors when we had a bit of delay in documents exchange. When we collected keys for our new home we recieved flowers with it which I felt was a lovely gesture (new home present as per my little daughter). I think company really cares about customer experience. I will happily use them again if I am buying another home. "

"I engaged Wally to sell my own property back in 2004, and from the very positive experience I had then, I wanted to use him again. Due to issues with the property and the land it's on, this sale was not straightforward at all. The photography of the property was superb and the details were faultless. From the initial open-house marketing right through to completion, Wally gave constructive suggestions to the problems that arose, drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience, and guided me to seek legal advice when he felt that it was appropriate to do so. Wally was instrumental in keeping others in the chain informed of progress or seeking information from them - nothing was too much trouble for him. He has a natural charm and enthusiasm, which was very welcome during some of the trickier moments, but he was never pushy and has complete integrity. I have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Wally to other sellers. "

"There were some complicated circumstances associated with this purchase and Mitchell and partners were very pro active and helpful in getting the sale completed. They were genuinely helpful, never tried to sell us any extra products and were always available at the end of the phone even though they were employed by the sellers and not us. Very experienced and practical and if I was to sell a house I would use them. Once the sale was completed Wally came around with a gift for the house."

"We sold our house in 2019, a challenging time when house prices were falling and when the housing market was sluggish. Wally Walsh is an outstanding estate agent.
He was sensitive to our requirements and got us the best price in the market. Although they may come across as slightly traditional in their methods, they do use all the standard marketing channels including the prominent marketing website. However, what makes stands apart from the rest, is the truly personalised service they offer!
They are experienced, professional, honest, conscientious and pragmatic.
