"I have this firm before and would use the firm again. I believe that they have a good understanding of the local market and the rents that are achievable in this year.
One improvement would be that they should work on improving the continuity of who provides the information that is provided to the landlord after viewings, as i often dealt with several people in the office and sometimes i didn't get any feedback after a viewings. Other than that I am very happy with the service."
