"I found the company very professional and it was their enthusiasm that caused me to choose this company over others in the area. I liked their approach to sales and marketing. They were very responsive in all areas. Living away from the property meant I needed someone who was happy to take charge and really market the property appropriately. 6/7 Bedroom georgian town house with large 1/2 acre garden, parking for 4 cars, listed frontage.
 

"The match property service team were unsurpassable. I had been on the books of one of the 3 agents in Ilfracombe for 5 months and was advised to reduce my price dramatically by them.

Match obtained a sale, with exchange of contracts within 4 1/2 weeks with a higher offer to me of £43k!!!

Thank you very much for your feedback.

On the day of completion we cannot release keys until the sellers solicitor grants key release. When you called us, they had not done this. We called them immediately and they still were not ready to release the keys. We then liaised with you and the sellers over many phonecalls to ensure key handover occurred as soon as possible after key release was granted.

We are sorry to hear that the property was not left as it should have been but unfortunately this is the sole responsibility of the sellers.

"From start to finish in terms of the purchasing of the property we could
not have had a better service. Honest - professional - nothing too much trouble - the whole process was the best that I have known when purchasing. We live in France and the property is in the UK and so we used the same agent to rent our property out until such time as we want to return. Again I can`t say enough about the service we have received.
It has been absolutely fantastic - there have been some tenant problems but our agent has been absolutely magnificent in the help that we required. Everything is done properly and to the letter - we have had
no reason to worry about our property knowing it is in really good
hands. I honestly can`t say enough good things. I would absolutely

"Match property was professional from start to finish, Nic is diligent in his tasks and was brilliant at mediating between me and the seller. The whole team at Match property are professional, messages get passed on to the relevant people with calls being returned same day or the next at the latest. After completion i spoke to Nic again and he offered us complementary advertising, which as a new business was gratefully accepted.
