"Chris Campbell is an Atypical Spivey estate agent who hoovers up potential sellers, in my case with are inflated valuation and I assure the same with others. He started at £415,000 which was totally unrealistic. It was marketed initially at £399,950 but at my request was reduced to £380,000 after 2 weeks – even though he wanted a stupid £379,950 – quite pointless. Even after the only offer I requested aggressive marketing to achieve a better offer of peers but his called negotiator (dishonored) did nothing at all and completed ignored my instructions. For such a service he demanded an extortionately excessive 1 ½ %. With hindsight he was not worth it by any means."
