We are an independent Estate Agency offering a more individual approach to selling property. We focus on building a good working relationship with both sellers and buyers. We have a reputation for selling properties in the Queens Park, Throop and Charminster areas of Bournemouth in particular, but we also sell properties in other surrounding areas. High levels of repeat business and recommendations we receive are a good indication of how we conduct our business. From initial appraisal to preparation of high quality particulars, and negotiating / monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive our close attention at all times. Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to their requirements in order to match them to appropriate properties for a successful result. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and professional standards, being members of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman Scheme. |
