A 170 year old school house with mullion windows, near bath. 3 bedrooms, 14x10 foot bathroom, wood burning store. Large country kitchen, beautiful garden, quite country lane.
 

"They were very keen to get my house on the market and asked me what price I wanted to put it on at. They did this before they had the EPC, which my solicitor told me afterwards was illegal. My house got broken into after a week of being on the market. A couple who were coming for a second viewing found my front door hanging off. My neighbor called me to tell me I had been burgled. The estate agents should have called me. They were unprofessional throughout and were only interested in me selling quickly to give them their fees. Very disappointing."
