Jeremy clearly has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and gave us a very honest appraisal with a pleasing but realistically achievable target price. The professional photography really made our property stand out at its best on the marketing material which helped get potential buyers through the door. Communication when dealing with ourselves, our buyer and both sets of solicitors was excellent and professional at all times. The property is a five bedroom George house located in Bradford On Avon. It is close to the town centre, railway station, park and canal. As well as close to local primary school. The house has a good sited garden & off street parking.
 

"Jeremy Jenkins were very professional. Always responsive to our enquiries and supportive during our negotiations with the seller. At one point in negotiations JJ stepped in to settle a potential dispute with the vendor more importantly when the cha was in jeopardy due to problems at the top.
