A detached house, built in the late 1930’s comprising two traditional semi-detached houses. One owner, died in Feb-2012.
 

"House in need of substantial renovation (still had 2 outside WC’s). Information sheet produced, advertised with picture in local newspapers, purchaser saw property 2 days after the funeral, made an offer. Then a revised increased offer which I accepted. The firm identified potential purchasers who had experience of significant renovation projects; and the buyer did not need a survey and paid cash. Perfect."
