"The agent misunderstood a conversation and told the vendor that I'd put in an offer when I hadn't. Then when the misunderstanding was resolved between me agent, he didn't tell the vendor that it was his mistake and allowed them to think that I was reneging on the deal! consequently the vendors were hostile, when he was exposed for misleading them he withdraw and the vendors and I dealt direct."
