"We found that Ward and Partners were very helpful to our needs and the Branch we used (chatham branch)for our sale did everything we asked them to do in a timely fashion to help us to progress our sale and purchase as soon as possible. They gave us advice and helped us the whole way through. We were very happy. Some people were more helpful than others, but it helped to have a key person in the branch to speak to about the sale. We have never sold a property before, but if we did again, we would definitely consider using this firm again."

Four bed modern detached house in a popular area in Walderslade. Brand new modern kitchen and bathroom, garage conversion to a playroom/games room. 100 foot tiered garden. Balacony to front of house, private road

"W&P's were very committed to the selling of our house and securing a beautiful new propety for us from the outset. They communicated regularly with us and were dedicted to finding out any answers to our sometimes awkward questions throughout the ten months we were selling. Although it took 10 months to sell the sales team continued to be very proactive and welcoming. We were still priority to them. James and his team were fantastic - thank you. I would highly recommend W&P Walderslade branch.

Before we marketed our house with W&P we were up with a different agent. The difference between W&P and this other agent is unbelievable! We had a really bad experience with limited communication and missed messages. W&P's showed us how it should be done professionally and to a high quality!"

"Only had a photo on the sales particulars of address details were incomplete, I was adjusted to see their mortgage advisor although I had an open offer in place. It took 3 days for our offer to be put forward. Due to a weekend, apparently only the manager can put an offer forward. The purchase was delayed because the EPC was not issued we had to chase it. No contact apart from offer accepted letter disappointing house was kept."
