"Firm is very professional and proactive in communication when needed. This is second time that I have used them.

General observation of all Estate Agents is that they should proactively provide an upper, middle and lower lower estimate of house price during valuation. Some time could have been saved in getting quicker to a realistic sale price."

"I originally had the property on the market with another Estate Agency who were pretty ineffective. I approached Spire and asked if they would consider doing a dual Agency agreement which they said they would. The property was not worth a lot and as such, the 50% commission that they would earn was that significant, however the time, effort, support, advice and professionalism that Spire Estates put into marketing and realising a sale was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending Spire Estates."

"They were very helpful at all times and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a problem with the end of the chain and at times we felt that Spire were doing the work of both parties as the Estate Agents responsible for the house we were buying were slow to respond to our queries and to chase the solicitors."

"Very happy with the firm. The office has a good location in the town centre with a good display of properties for sale.I think it must catch the attention of a lot of passers by.The brochure and all relevant information was produced quickly and efficiently. It was always easy to get quick attention when I called in to the office and the staff listened carefully and acted on any requests made.The property took more than a year to sell,but our viewings increased considerably after our second price decrease.Maybe we should have been encouraged to start at a lower asking price for a quicker sale, but we were satisfied with the ultimate outcome."
