Two bedroom terraced house. 30 years old on large popular estate

"The Allen and Harris team were very helpful. This is our first buy to let. They gave me a lot of advice on what property to choose and discussed the houses I viewed. I actually chose a house marketed by a different agent, but they were still willing to advise on that.
We used them for arranging our small mortgage, which they did very efficiently and now they are totally managing the letting. They advised on what refurbishment was necessary and presented several potential tenants for us to select from. Our tenants have now been in residence for six weeks.
So far, very good."

"I was really impressed with the service we received from Allen and Harris. We are new landlords and Matt helped us through the process at every stage and was able to answer our questions quickly and professionally. We had some issues with the reference that came back for the first tenant that offered on the flat and the service we received to help us decide what to do was great: impartial, clear and informative without pressure. I would highly recommend their service."
