We had more support throughout the process from Andrew Greenwood than we had from our own agent, Yopa,making us reconsider using an online agent ever again who were just not there for us.

"Andrew Greenwood Eatate Agents were a pleasure to deal with. Both Andrew and Sam have extensive knowledge of the area and have helped with any queries we raised during the sale. Nothing was to much trouble for them during the sale and they were happy to chase the sellers solicitor when needed. We had a phone call from Andrew a week after completion to make sure we had settled in ok and to ask if we needed any further help. We actually needed a registered gas man to connect our new oven and Andrew was happy to recommend someone they have used in the passed who was local and the job was done as soon as the appliance arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this agency to anyone and should we wish to move in the future they would be the first on the list to go to."

"Very efficient dealings at all times, nothing was too much trouble. The viewings for potential buyers was handled very efficiently with an Estate Present at all times.
