"I still recall my first telephone call to Walter and Mair it was regarding a house we wished to view through them and although it was apparently now under offer, Meg very helpfully immediately proposed an alternative property they were marketing, which we then proceeded to view.

Meg met us for the viewing and gave a very good impression of her company, especially her personal interest and the fact that they were a small personable company. As we had an interest in this property and were impressed with W & M, we changed agents so they could market our house.

Wherever possible W & M staff would attend viewings (which was quite different to our previous agent and to the less personal 'open days'), which in turn gave them a better rapport with any potential buyers.

I also appreciated being made to feel welcome when at times it was easiest to just call in at their office and discuss progress/ the chain etc and to have a brief face to face meeting.
