3 bedroom detached house,good size garden Darley Abbey. close to primary school, and the A6 Duffiield Road. also Park Farm shops.

"Hannells came recommended from a friend.
First I bought through Hannells and was more that satisfied with how the purchase went through and how polite but friendly all the staff were, especially Jenny.
It made sense to sell my property with Hannells and I was not disappointed.
Angie at your Duffield Road Branch was a real Gem. Nothing was too much trouble, and she always went that extra mile to reassure me that everything would be ok. and it always was. This was my first move on my own, and she made it possible.

3 bed detached house. 1 x bathroom/shower over bath, toilet. Garage & office or work room extension, built on to side of garage, own door. Last property in small Cul-de-Sac, with pathway leading to Cluffield Rd into A6. Summer house is only 3 years old. Carpeted plus drapes to inside walls.
 

"This is a lovely house, in a much sort after location. The primary school 3 mins walk away. Having lived at this house for 30 years the only reason I have to move away is age! Mine not the house. I can no longer manage the stairs. It has been such a happy house and who-ever takes it over from me "lucky you". Easy access to buses to Derby, or Matlock & Belper every 15 mins. Terraced house close to derby city centre

"My husband and myself were very pleased from start to finish of the selling process, when the property was first valued the ladies that came were very friendly and helpful and gave us alot of information for if we decided to use hannells ( which we did!!) once the house was on the market we were kept upto date everytime somebody wanted to view the property and it aas nice that hannells themselfs would show perspective buyers around as it would of made us feel uncomfortable to do it ourselfs! Once a buyer had been found ( it didnt take long!) we were kept informed of what would happen next, we received a letter telling us the agreed selling price, the aftersales team were excellent aswell, letting us no every week the progress of the sale, the only downside to this experience was using the solicitor recommended by hannells (fishers solicitors) as they were slow with everything that they did, all in all the staff we dealt with were friendly proffesional people and we use hannells again should we wish to sell or buy another property"
