"The house we purchased had been on the market for some time and was on ideal property for renovating. However (to our advantage) we felt the property wasn’t marketed well – with a poor photo of the outside and no photos of inside the house. We dealt with Mike – who was professional and approachable and a good communicator."

The property was hidden by foliage and large trees at the front made it impossible to take a decent exterior photograph, despite several (innovative) attempts which included using a cherry picker to take an elevated shot. Inside the house required renovation with blank walls and no furniture making it unsuitable for interior photographs.

"We sold our house through Peter Mulcahy, 30 Cardiff Rd, Dinas Powys and also bought our bungalow in Wenvoe from them. They were extremely helping and also took into consideration that we are both very elderly and did everything possible for us.
