"From my first dealings with Hunt Frame until we completed everything was carried out in a extremely Proffesional manner. We were trying to sell our property in a very difficult market and despite numerous viewings and the time that they put into meeting the potential buyers with very little success they kept trying hard and eventually they found the right buyer. The process of getting from offer to exchange was very stressful and over complicated by the numerous rules and regulations that the housing market now has in place and Beth Sadler worked tirelessly liaising with our solicitor, our buyers solicitor and the Developer who we were buying a new property from and finally we completed in Dec 18.

I cannot thank Hunt Frame enough for all the hard work and effort that they put in to help me and my family move house and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to the market."

"I used Hunt Frame to sell and also purchase a property. From my first involvement with Hunt Frame I have dealt with Steve Piercy, Sales Manager, and I must say he is great. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and will go out of his way to help you and provide any assistance and always able to answer your queries. Mr Piercy always replies to phone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunt Frame, especially the Sales Manager! It is refreshing to find an estate agent that does respond to your phone calls and emails. "Both partners easy to deal with. All staff at the branch were knowledgeable about our property, and the status of the sales, so whoever was in the branch when we went in could answer any questions we had. This was important to us.

When the first sale fell through, great energy was applied to ensuring a prompt sale, which was successful.

All staff were always happy to help and service was very prompt.

"We didn't really need much advice as we had seen the property on the Internet and just needed to view it. We had a viewing organised very quickly as requested. We wanted to proceed with an offer and our purchase was negotiated well and we both settled at a fair price. During the rest of the sale it hasn't mattered who we have spoken to.
