"Treagust estate agents sold our property in Southbourne. All members of the Treagust team were truly amazing from valuation to completion on our property. Always following up on queries from us and our purchasers, going above and beyond what we expected.

The friendly team all the way through the sale and purchase of our new property kept us informed and dealt with everything quickly and professionally. Communication through email and texts worked out perfect for us, especially when we could not take phones calls in the day. Treagust made a naturally stressful process much easier to deal with. If we ever sold again there would only be one agent we would use 'TREAGUST '

"We found the home of our dreams in January and by luck it kept on the market whilst we searched for a buyer for our property. When we were able to sell our flat the Treagust team were quick to get the ball rolling and start the sales process.

The buyer of our property moved slowly. Daniel and the Treagust team were able to work closely with our estate agents to ensure the conveyance moved smoothly and applied necessary pressure to ensure a smooth sale.

I found the Treagust team approachable and professional - always willing to offer advice on legal and practical aspects of our move to the South Coast.

"Service was great, Treagust were professional but with a personal and approachable feel. I was almost sick of pushy or disinterested estate agents by this point who make you feel like they are doing you a favour but Dan at Treagust was completely different. He was not pushy or harassing but kept us updated throughout the process. They offered us advice when we asked and couldn't ask for more really. "This particular sale was the second time we have used Treagust and I can honestly say my wife and I could not have wished for better service. Whilst we believe our house was well presented the Agents photographer made it look better than we could hoped for. The sales brochure also was very good. "I cannot recommend highly enough the estate agent Tregust & co.
From the start they were curtious and prompt with all communications. They sold our house for the full asking price in under 24 hours at £30,000 more than the other two estimates from their competitors. Dan liaised in a diplomatic way with all the members of our lengthy chain and we felt was worth his weight in gold.
The solicitor and removal men recommended by them have been outstanding.

"We approached Treagust because another resident in the road used them to sell their property and they told us how good they were and recommended them - so first time we'd heard of them.

We've actually used them twice now as for a variety of reasons, we had to pull out of our original sale. However, we were impressed with their service levels and because of the excellent work/investment work first time round, when we contacted them to market again this all paid off very quickly.

Mark and the team are a professional, responsive and communicative agency and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them. Call me old-fashioned but I'd prefer to pay extra to have the personal touch and immediate service rather than approaching a Purple Bricks type website-based alternative but that's just my preference."
