4 bedroomed detached 2 storey house in one of the best roads in town and with a delightful garden.
 

"Stevenette(s) went to great length to understand what I wanted. S. took considerable trouble to comprehend the major features of the property. All potential buyers were shown around the property by S. Virtually all issues that arose during the sale process were dealt with by S. The marketing brochure produced by S was outstanding. Good advice was constantly reliable on demand. Although I had a principal contact at S, in his absence there were always well briefed person who could set. In my opinion S are head and shoulders above all other local agents in terms of professionalism. 8 potential buyers visited the property in the first 10 days of marketing and the second of these became the purchaser."
