The process of moving house is always a stressful one but the Personal Agent understood our concerns, worries and frustrations and worked hard to help us understand the process and co-ordinate all the parties involved to achieve a successful outcome, whilst being approachable and friendly throughout.

They put in a lot of hard work and ensured the sale went through as smoothly as possible in sometimes very challenging circumstances whilst still managing to keep their cool.

"I found the firm to be professional at all times, comunication could have been far better, although they were often phoning these calls did not always cover the important information and felt at times they were more interested in their comission than helping us as buyers to have a smooth sale.This calls at times did become an unnecessary intrusion, saying that they were very helpful in helping us open up the property for other vists eg for deliveries, as the property was empty and we lived miles away and for this we are very greatful.

"Were encouraged to put on the market, the agents knew we had to work for probate. House sold quickly, when problem in the chain, agents harassed my daughter (they had her telephone no.). She could do nothing about it. We had to work for the involved revenue because this was not smoothed out by the agent. My probate solicitor was involved which has cost a lot more fees."

Detached house with pleasant SE facing garden, within walking distance of station. 3 bedroom, conservatory, downstairs office, shower room/toilet, extended kitchen.
 

"Three other estate agents jave attempted to sell my property – they were either unprofessional (couldn’t spell my particulars on the internet) incompetent (didn’t find out the length of the lease on the property I intended to buy) told lies (kept my property on the internet after our agreement expired and pretended it was a computer glitch) or offered me incredible deals but carefully gave me no agreement to sign. The personal agent were the only estate agent who acted completely professional. They worked hard to organize viewings and once the sale was agreed, kept in contact with solicitors & estate agents in my chain (of 8!) to ask agreement on a date."
