"They kept us informed at all times. Considering the potential of the property, Burgoynes gave us two possible ways to approach putting the house on the market. ie asking a level that would definitely get offers or to ask a higher price and see if there would be buyers prepared to offers a higher sum. Having little to do with estate agents we cannot compare with others to suggest any improvements."
