"The estate agent we used for both the purchase and the selling of our property a few years later on. Excellent local service with first class local knowledge of the housing market and all other matters in relation to the buying and selling of our property. Keeping us well informed, the stress of buying and selling our property was kept to an absolute minimum. "Excellent service throughout the selling process including conducting all viewings and providing feedback only when considered relevant or appropriate and at no time raised false hopes. Unlike other Estate Agents we contacted their valuation was realistic and accurate when compared with an independent pre sale survey that we had carried out for ourselves. That was very reassuring and confirmed the gut feeling we had regarding the overall Grampian Property service.
