"We were slightly disappointed with the condition the flat was handed over in. And the response we got when we complained. However there has been no problems since.

Would suggest that all flats are clean by an agency before new tenements move into them.

The flat is in need of some repair, no sign of this being fixed or monitored."

"First time using this firm found them to be very helpful and conducted them selfs in a highly professional manner, also try to accommodate any requests that you have to the best of their ability. over all very good company.
The only recommendation I have is that to my knowledge there is no contact details for out of hour service but I may be mistaken will need to contact them to see if they do."
