He took the trouble to get to know us and was therefore able to make focussed and sensible suggestions about which houses might suit us best. "I have used this firm before in 1997. Overall the company acted in a very commendable way; always communicating the relevant details.

The negotiator was excellent but in my opinion became over involved in details which caused her a great deal of stress, which was caused by total incompetence on the part of my purchasers law firm, who had, incidentally been recommended by them in the first place!
