"Although a little further afield than the usual area of operation, the estate agents provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my property.

From the very first meeting to offer selling advice and subsequent photography right through to negotiating with potential purchasers, the level of service provided was exemplary.

Progress updates were regular and informative, telephone calls and e-mails were always polite and helpful.

Put simply this is an agency that does things properly. They are courteous, professional and successful.

Every member of the team is committed to ensuring that the vendor feels valued as a client and that nothing is too much trouble.

The reputation that is attached to the estate agency business is not great.

Town & Village Properties is the exception. They deserve every success and I would happily recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Helpful, friendly - and supportive whilst dealing with 'difficult' buyers. At one time advising that we may wish to re market as the buyers were described as 'not good buyers'.
